Thsi specimen has been obtained from an intra-osseous lesion present in a 14 year old boy.

1. What is the Most Probable diagnosis?
   a) Compound odontome
   b) Complex odontome
   c) Supernumerary teeth
   d) Dilated odontome
   e) Supplimental teeth 
2. What are the possible complications of this lesion?
   a) Dentigerous cyst formation 
   b) Malignant tranformation
   c) Impaction of teeth in the vicinity of the lesion
   d) over retention of deciduous teeth
   e) Difficult extractions  
3. Indicate the true statements with reference to the lesion indicated in the photograph.
   a) This lesion is considered as a hamartoma
   b) Multiple lesions are seen in Gardner's syndrome
