Dear Shantha,

Teeth straightened by orthodontic treatment (frixed brackets etc.) may change slightly after some time. However, there can be other reasons too.

The best option is to return to the clinician whom you were treated by in the first place and seek advise. If this is nor preactical for any reason, please consult the nearest dental surgeon who will examine you to find the probable cause behind your concern.

He may then advise, treat or refer you to a specialist as needed.

If you want to know about government facilities, please see the answer given to Madhushan.
